a. Products sold - Cloud: o Hosting, o VM, o VDC and o Backup - Security - Defined Applications - Managed Services o ITAAS o HaaS - SMS/Email b. Sales targets - To achieve business led sales, revenue and margin targets in accordance with the current sales commission plan - Identifying and initiating opportunities, qualifying opportunities and manage funnel to meet growth sales and revenue commitments c. Lead generation - Develop a lead generation plan to achieve a minimum of 10 customer visits weekly - Utilise existing new business, Account Management, Channel and Marketing resources and tools - Understand ideal customer profile for the products and engage with new and existing customers, prospective customers and business partners d. Manage sales calls & account manage 20-40 SLA client accounts - Generate quotes - Process orders - Process returns - Audit new and existing companies - Manage Rentals insurance list - Manage rental expiry date list - Audit new and existing companies - Create all business proposals and contracts - Manage ordering all stock pertaining to signed installations and agreements - FortiGate proposals, trade-ups etc. - Server Proposals - Manage and save all signed contracts (outgoing and receiving) - Create all connectivity & VOIP proposals - Weekly/Monthly client site visit & onsite management – travel
