We are searching for a technically savvy Software Training and Certification Specialist to join our team. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact within a highly visible role. You will be a critical member of the global team. You will interface with our global customers and partners with locations throughout North America, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Middle East, Africa and Australia to deliver an exceptional customer experience to ensure they are enabled with the skills and knowledge to have a successful implementation and overall solution adoption.

If so, we're looking for a sharp thinker with a passion for developing training materials, certification programs and quizzes, and training session agendas. The Software Training and Certification Specialist is responsible for educating and training clients and partners to ensure the Atmos platform's seamless adoption. Through a series of online training sessions, you will work with a diverse set of customers (from small businesses to large enterprises) and partners (MSPs, carriers and more) who have varying technical skills.


Key Responsibilities

● Develop training plans and materials for Atmos software to be used in group training sessions, workshops, lunch and learns and more

● Develop multi-tiered sales and technical support certification programs, materials and certification quizzes for MSPs and carrier partners

● Act as a knowledgeable resource of software modifications, feature enhancements and other pertinent changes that may drive training needs.

● Maintain detailed records of training schedule to ensure scheduling of re-certification training sessions

● Conduct post-training assessments to identify areas of improvement

● Develop "train-the-trainer" programs, including coaching and shadowing to support our client and partner super users in their organizational training strategy

Candidate requirements :

● Post-secondary education, preferably in training and development, education,

computer sciences or a related field

● 3+ years experience developing and delivering a client-facing training experience, preferably in the software or telecommunications industry

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly as it relates to explaining both simple and complex technical concepts to non-technical users

● Detailed, organized lesson and curriculum planning

● Comfortable using a variety of tools, including online meeting and collaboration applications like Zoom, WebEx, GoToConnect and Microsoft Teams

● Experience in a fast-paced, technical environment, managing multiple, complex training projects while meeting customer time constraints

Nice to Have But Not Required:

● Experience within the contact center, telecommunications or software sectors
