Previous industry related experience in Sales and Management is essential.

Responsibilities:

-          Establishing productive, professional relationships with Gaining entry to potential commercial/business markets.

-          Co-ordinate the involvement of Company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.

-          Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

-          Pro-actively assess, clarify and validate needs on an ongoing basis.

-          Ensure compliance with Reseller Agreements.

-          Drive adoption of Company programs amongst assigned Partners.

-          Recruit highly qualified individuals and manage them for affiliate Resellers.

-          Maintain high Partner satisfaction ratings.

-          Achieve assigned sales quota on assigned Accounts.

Qualifying Characteristics:

-          PC Proficiency.

-          Technical background not essential however would be beneficial.

-          Public Relations and organisational skills.

-          Strong communication skills.

-          Bilingual,

-          Industry related experience in Sales and Management.

-          Highly motivated and have leadership qualities and managing people skills.

Salary is a basic of between R25 000-00 to R30 000-00 per month depending on experience.  Participation in the Company Commission Scheme.  Medical Aid.  Petrol reimbursement on achievement of targets
